Return and exchange policy
- At Steal The Deal all apparel is crafted carefully but in case you receive the wrong order or a damaged product, you can exchange it within 7 days of delivery.
- The procedure requires you to notify us through email at "stealltheedeall@gmail.com". Share your order details along with photos, within 2-3 days of receiving it.
- The item can only be exchanged if:
- It’s damaged or defective.

* Worn items will not be refunded or exchanged under any circumstances.
- Once the return order has been received with all correct items (including tags/labels), you will receive the amount via bank transfer. In case the refunded amount is incorrect, you may contact our customer service at our given email or contact number.
- Solitarius reserves the right to refuse returns requested or sent outside the set deadline, or for items that are not in the same condition in which they were received.
- You will be notified upon the confirmation of your return once your case is run through by our team, after the confirmation you will receive the article within 3-5 business days.

- It takes 24 hours to confirm your order, once confirmed;
- It takes 3-4 business days for your order to be delivered.

- Specified Courier Company will be delivering your order depending on your delivery area.
- You’ll receive an e-mail with the courier information and tracking details once the order leaves our warehouse.
- Courier Company will Call/SMS stating the payable amount.
- Make sure that any designated person/family member is available for the collection of the order.
